The recnt cold weather brought about an inch of snow in the vicinity the temperature oing diwn as low as 13 above.

The Good Roads Association of this district, at a meeting last Saturday chose Lee Conine, Chauncey Grover, and A. B. Smith as candidates for riad supervisor in the district.

A Mancke was chosen leader, Mr. Gallivan president and P. J. Martin secretary when the local band was reorganized last week.
