The owners of the Puget Sound shingle mills have decided to close operations till early Spring, tomorrow. This action was taken in accordance with the deliberations of millmen from Skagit, Snohomish, King, and Thurston counties, who thought that an overstocked market would assume a healthy turn b the activity of building matters if allowed to recover its normal condition.
